i was reading 101cookbook blog, and heidi was talking about black sticky gingerbread. you had mentioned that you have a stout gingerbread recipe that you like, but i didn’t see it on your website. any chance of getting a copy of it?

Of course! I plan to make it sometime over the next week and you’ll most likely be able to see it up on here then. But if you’d like it sooner than that, you can find it here on the cook’s illustrated website: http://www.cooksillustrated.com/recipes/detail.asp?docid=26826. You’ll need their online subscription in order to see it, but if you don’t have it I wouldn’t mind sending it to you over e-mail. It’s really a fantastic recipe though, best gingerbread I’ve had (in my opinion). I hope you get to try it out!
